Hot-Dip Galvanized Steel Sheet

Galvanized sheet is a type of anti-corrosion steel with a surface treated by galvanization. It is divided into two major categories: hot-dip galvanized sheet (GI) and electro-galvanized sheet (EG). Common grades include DX51D+Z, SGCC, SGCD, ST01Z, ST02Z, etc. The specifications cover galvanized coil sheets and galvanized plates with thickness ranging from 0.3mm to 3.0mm and width ranging from 600mm to 1500mm.

Hot-Dip Galvanized Steel Sheet is a steel product manufactured by immersing steel sheets—after cleaning and annealing—into molten zinc baths for coating treatment. This process forms a uniform, dense zinc-iron alloy coating on the steel surface.
