Galvanized based PPGI combines hot-dip zinc coating with color coating. Excellent anti-corrosion protection. Widely used for roofing sheets, sandwich panels, and C/Z purlins. Zinc coating from Z80 to Z275.
1. How to get samples to check the quality? How long can I get the samples?
After the price is confirmed, samples can be provided for your evaluation. After confirming the sample details, the samples will be ready for delivery within 3-7 days, and sent to you by courier, and arrive within 3-5 days.

The base metal adopts hot-dip galvanizing technology with a coating weight of over 120 g/m² (Z120). Its red rust resistance at cut edges is superior to conventional color-coated steel sheets. - Outstanding Formability
Passes T-bend test (≤3T) and reverse impact test, ensuring no coating peeling or cracking during profiling, bending and punching, thus meeting complex forming requirements. - Long-Lasting Fade Resistance
Topcoat uses high-performance polyester (HDP) or PVDF fluorocarbon coating with strong UV resistance. It maintains a gloss retention rate of over 90% even under harsh climatic conditions such as coastal and industrial areas. - Eco-Friendly Performance
Compliant with RoHS standards. Chrome-free passivation is available as an option, meeting green building certification requirements.
