Excellent Corrosion Resistance
The base metal adopts hot-dip galvanizing technology with a coating weight of over 120 g/m² (Z120). Its red rust resistance at cut edges is superior to conventional color-coated steel sheets. -
Outstanding Formability
Passes T-bend test (≤3T) and reverse impact test, ensuring no coating peeling or cracking during profiling, bending and punching, thus meeting complex forming requirements. -
Long-Lasting Fade Resistance
Topcoat uses high-performance polyester (HDP) or PVDF fluorocarbon coating with strong UV resistance. It maintains a gloss retention rate of over 90% even under harsh climatic conditions such as coastal and industrial areas. -
Eco-Friendly Performance
Compliant with RoHS standards. Chrome-free passivation is available as an option, meeting green building certification requirements.
