   Hot-dipped aluminum-zinc steel sheet (55% Al-Zn) is one of Baosteel’s core eco-friendly products. This product uses cold-rolled steel sheet as its substrate, with a surface coating composed of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon. It not only inherits the cathodic protection properties of galvanized steel but also integrates the excellent high-temperature resistance and corrosion resistance of the aluminum coating, making it an ideal choice for construction, home appliances, and industrial manufacturing.

   DC51D+AZ: For general forming processes (e.g., bending, roll forming).
   DC52D+AZ / DC53D+AZ: Suitable for stamping or deep drawing (e.g., home appliance housings).

   Coating Weight (Double-Sided): Common specifications include 50/50, 60/60, and 75/75 g/m².
   Selection Recommendations: Choose 50/50 for general environments; 60/60 for moderate industrial or coastal environments; and 75/75 or higher for highly corrosive environments.
   Surface Treatments:
   C / CO: Conventional passivation/passivation with oil coating (chromium-containing).
   C5 / CO5: Environmentally friendly chromium-free passivation/passivation with oil coating.
   N / N5: Anti-fingerprint treatment (chromium-containing/chromium-free), suitable for home appliance panels.
   U: Untreated, used for color-coated substrate.
